SEATTLE and CHICAGO, April 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- (INVENT), an innovative software development consulting firm, and Envestnet, a leading provider of intelligent systems for wealth management and financial wellness, announced today a new strategic partnership for systems architecture, software development and application programming interface (API) integration strategies designed to support Envestnet's enterprise clients.

INVENT will provide key insight and software development methodologies to help Envestnet's enterprise clients enhance and expand their use of Envestnet's technology solutions. Through the strategic partnership, enhanced features and greater integration opportunities will be continuously developed based on requests gathered from the thousands of financial services firms using Envestnet's financial wellness platforms and WealthTech software vendors that are integrated through Envestnet's open API.

"Many large firms that leverage the Envestnet platform often aspire to provide a more unique user experience for their advisors and their clients by blending the Envestnet platform with their own systems as well as tools from other third party vendors," said Oleg Tishkevich, CEO of "As a result, we are extremely pleased to have been selected by Envestnet to provide the cloud-native tools, resources, methodologies and consulting to their enterprises to make this a reality."

One of the key benefits of using INVENT's cloud-native tools with vendor APIs is the ability to leverage the next level of secure data governance, orchestration, integration coordination and monitoring offered by INVENT's Cloud-Native tools. Preemptive alerts on any system-to-system data movement issues provided by INVENT significantly improve systems reliability and end-user experience, allowing firms and vendors to quickly address any data or API-related problems prior to end-users discovering it.

"We are continuously focused on providing the highest level of service to our enterprise clients. Our open API structure and partnerships with third-party solutions allows us to customize the experiences we provide to Envestnet platform users in order to help them achieve financial wellness," said Blake Wood, SVP of Director of Product Strategy for Envestnet. "We believe that leveraging the talent, experience and cloud-native skill sets of INVENT will undoubtedly support that goal through seamless and integrated technology innovations."

A key use case for this collaboration between INVENT and Envestnet will be the ability to take parts of Envestnet's client portal or performance reporting tools and natively embed them into a financial services firm's client portal, on-boarding experience or an advisor or home office desktop. This seamless integration and enhanced user experience will drive efficiencies, productivity and improve user experiences for both advisors and their clients.

INVENT was designed to help financial institutions that support financial advisors and vendors by creating wealth tech software that solves their complex systems architecture problems. INVENT has created a new software development model that will help organizations streamline their technology infrastructure, legacy systems, simplify APIs and integrate applications and systems.

"After several years of working with the Envestnet after its acquisition of Finance Logix, I've been impressed with the firm's technology, scale and innovation," said Tishkevich. "I am delighted to be working with this impressive group and look forward to many years of successful collaboration."

About brings a unique combination of experience, domain expertise, design and technical implementation, combined with broad connections throughout the industry.
